We need your help to enable Newlands Developments to bring forward essential jobs and infrastructure for Basingstoke, supporting its continued growth and helping fill a growing and unmet need for a high-quality logistics and employment space.

Our plans will:

Result in more than 1,000 jobs, including more than 500 skilled jobs
Deliver significant infrastructure which supports neighbouring proposed developments
Support Basingstoke and Deane in meeting the shortfall in industrial and logistics provision with a high-quality development in a strategic location
Provide funding for a new limited stop bus service to improve access between the town centre and the site, along with new pedestrian and cycle routes.
