An amendment to Plot 1

As we move into delivery, we are proposing an amendment to Plot 1, bringing forward a smaller building to meet the specific requirements of a committed occupier.

This is a minor adjustment and everything else about the scheme remains exactly as approved.

The updated proposals will:

Update the consented layout by replacing two previously approved buildings, totalling around 44,600 sqm, with one smaller building of around 13,500 sqm for use delivering parcels to local residents.

Bring significant long-term economic investment to the area.

Retain the approved landscaping and improve biodiversity across the site.

Support a site that is well placed for logistics and distribution, with strong road links at Junction 7 of the M3.

Ensure the updated building falls within the previously consented site boundary and height.
